USSOCOM AT&L: Virtual Industry Engagement Event

SOFWERX, in collaboration with USSOCOM SOF AT&L, will host a Virtual Industry Engagement Event in order to advise Industry about how to do business with SOF AT&L and receive Industry feedback. Future contract-specific industry days will provide participants the opportunity to ask detailed questions about the requirements. All briefings and discussions will be conducted at the unclassified level.

This industry engagement notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes and all information provided is subject to change. It does not constitute a solicitation (Request for Proposal or Request for Quotations) or a promise to issue a solicitation in the future. This virtual industry engagement notice does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service, whatsoever. Furthermore, the Government is not, at this time, seeking proposals for any requirement discussed in industry engagement materials. Respondents are advised that the Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this industry engagement notice. The Government will not assume liability for costs incurred by any attendee.

Event Timeline
Completed Phase 1 – 07 September 2021 to 07 October 2021 Registration Open: Interested respondents who desire to participate are encouraged to request to attend per the instructions below NLT 07 October. Due to technology constraints, registration will be limited to the first 3000 registrants. To accommodate as many parties as possible, we are limiting each vendor to two (2) registrants. A separate registration form is required for each registrant. SOFWERX will send registered persons a Zoom link, on 08 October, for audio, visual, and Q&A access. For those unable to register for the Zoom video connection, SOFWERX will provide a conference call dial in number for audio access to the presentation.

Completed Phase 2 – 12 October 2021 Virtual Industry Engagement Event: During the Industry Engagement Event, participants will be given the opportunity to learn about current and future needs of SOF AT&L and how to take part in future business opportunities. The Government will not conduct one-on-one meetings with interested vendors as a part of this event, however, participants will be able to submit and vote on questions for priority during the event. A recording of the session and a Q&A summary will be made available after the event for those unable to attend. Do not include any procurement sensitive, controlled unclassified, or classified information in questions.
