SOFWERX, in partnership with Hillsborough County Public Schools - Library Media Services, hosted a STEM Showcase to engage library media specialists from various schools across the Hillsborough County school district. The event aimed to raise awareness about SOFWERX and its community partnership STEM program, along with future STEM events and grant opportunities.

Event Outcomes

• SOFWERX collaborated with Hillsborough County Public Schools - Library Media Services to host a STEM Showcase and SWX tour, engaging 20 library media specialists from various schools across the Hillsborough County school district

• At the event, SOFWERX staff engaged with the 20 library media specialists, impacting approximately 15,000 students across Tampa, fostering opportunities for collaboration with SOFWERX and participation in the STEM program
